If so, I feel ya! I let my own fear stop me for about a year. A few people including Holly Gillen and Carrie Glenn encouraged me to get over my fear, and now that I have, I want to share the technique that worked for me.
Of course, you can create many forms of video without being in front of the lens. But if you are your brand, or you speak for it, I strongly suggest you get started practicing this powerful and valuable skill.
